WASSA EAST D.C.E COMMISSIONS AND HANDS OVER A 3-UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK TO THE PEOPLE OF KAKABO

On Friday 14th April 2023, the District Chief Executive for WASSA EAST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY (Hon. Emmanuel Boakye) commissioned and handed over a 3-unit classroom block to the people of Kakabo in Essamang Electoral Area.

The DCE, Hon. Emmanuel Boakye expressed his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the contractor for the swift work done. Hon. Emmanuel Boakye entreated the District Education Directorate to supervise the use of the 3-unit classroom block for it to last long. Hon. Emmanuel Boakye again thanked His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo for his intervention towards the development of the Wassa East District.

Nana Kutey(Chief of Kakabo), thanked the DCE and the Assembly member for their efforts in building the 3-unit classroom block for his people. He also urged students to take their studies seriously to become better personalities for the community and the country as a whole. The District Education Director, Madam Ernestina Christiana Wiful also thanked the DCE and urged the stakeholders and staff of the school to keep to the maintenance culture of the new facility.

Present were the District Coordinating Director(DCD), Mr Evans Mark Andoh, the District Education Director, Madam Ernestina Christiana Wiful, the District Presiding Member, Hon. Nana Essel Badiako, the District Works Engineer, Mr Michael Beyaw, and other officers from the District Assembly. Also, the Chiefs and people of Kakabo, the Assemblymember for the area, Hon. Amos Adjei, and NPP Party faithfuls.
