Emmanuel Boakye (Hon.) is a native of Dompim No. 1in the Wassa East District. He had his O’level certificate in 1987 and A’level in 1999 from the Ghana Secondary Technical School, Takoradi. He proceeded to the University of Ghana where he obtain Diploma in Business Administration in 1993. Until his nomination as the District Chief Executive, he was working at PBC Limited as a District Manager and stationed at Esiama in the Ellembelle District.
