The Wassa East District Assembly (WEDA) has received funding from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) Secretariat and Minerals Development (MDF) to execute the following projects:

• LOT 1: Construction of 1 No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with Office, Staff Common Room, Store Room, and 6-Seater W.C. Toilet at Tsintsimhwe.

• LOT 5: Construction of 1 No. 6-Unit Classroom Block with Office, Staff Common Room, Library, Store Room, and 6-Seater W.C. Toilet at Adukorom.

Tender Requirements

1. Tendering Method: National Competitive Tendering (NCT) under Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended (Act 914).
2. Tender Documents:
   • Available at the Head of Procurement Unit – Wassa East District Assembly.
   • Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm (weekdays).
   • Start date: Thursday, 28th August 2025.
   • Cost: GH₵600.00 (non-refundable fee).
3. Eligibility Documents Required:
   • Valid Business Registration Certificate
   • Valid Works & Housing Certificate
   • Valid Labour Certificate
   • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
   • Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
   • Valid VAT Registration Certificate
   • Valid PPA Registration Certificate
4. Tender Validity & Security:
   • Valid for 120 days after bid opening.
   • Must include Tender Security of 2% of the tender price.
5. Submission Details:
